Default Windshield fluid (drain or not to drain)

Happy 2007 guys.

I am winterizing my 911 and was wondering if it is better to have the wind shield flud tank empty or full. It is empty now but will that dry up any mechanical parts or gaskets that I don't know about.

Thanks for the advice in advance.

youngatheart.

I'm no expert, but I always keep the washer reservoir full and squirt it on the windshield and headlights it a few times before I wash the car. Actually, that's the only time it ever gets used! I too am worried about internal parts drying up with disuse.
