yeah i suppose your right.

The damndest thing is i went to look at a 85.5 944, earlier in the day, and i had mentioed i was lookin at a 911 next, he said really is it...bla bla... turns out the kid who has the 911 is the guys nephew. Small world.

He had told me that it didnt have an interior(its in the trunk) and that even he wouldnt want it. Even that didnt prepare me for what i saw... i guess my days of having a 911 are not going to be realized for a while apparently.

Default It could be a fun RGruppe project...

I've done it before. Buy the body at the right price, it will probably take a year or so but incrementally restore and drop a 3.0 or 3.2 engine and drive train and you have a lightning quick fun car. If you're looking at this thing as some buy and hold investment this is probably not it, but for pure driving fun!!

If the pile of parts in that garage were completely free, delivered, itemized and orgainized into your garage, it MIGHT be worth having.
There is NO other way to even consider this 'as buying a 911'.
Run away and keep whatever $$, spare time and empty space that you have.

yeah, he said he was going to put it back together then put an add in the paper. if i had the money, id buy it, ship it to renegade hybrids, and throw in a small block.

Then i would truly have something unique...*sigh* still dreaming, when do i wake up?
