I just purchased a pair of Dunlop Sport 9000 tires for rear of my 85 Carrera Coupe. 225/60/15's.
They are on properly and rotating in proper direction, inflation is correct at 36 psi. When driving at speeds above 60 mph they feel as thogh they are soft and "whoosy" in lane changes and turns. They make the car feel like it is coerrecting itself afetr each turn. Anyone know anything about this or is another problem I am missing?

Many people experience odd handling tires when the tires are fiorst put on. The tires are more slippery when first installed, but will clean up after a +100 miles depending on the car and how it's driven. Also some tires have softer sidewalls than others (did you change tire models)
I had SP9000's (but 16") and then switched to Bridgestone RE730's. The bridgestones have a firmer sidewall than the 9000's did, but the 9000's never felt dangerous to me.
