Default Vintage advertising for Porsche

Can anyone recommend a book on vintage advertising for Porsche? If such a book even exists.

Thanks

Never seen a book devoted to this subject, but here is something you might find interesting.

Quite a few people find these gems and post them up on web sites. Google search Porsche advertising and see what else you find.
Maybe you could post the results.
Ciao,
Adrian.

Not a bad idea is it? Make a fabulous coffee-table book. I got the idea from a book called 70s Cars - part of the icon series. There's advertising for a 914, the turbo carrera, the 924 and the 924 turbo and a mean lookin' black 911 Targa. A quote from this last advertisment, "All the controls are meticulously engineered to be functional and logically accessible".

Lies! I read somewhere that the engineers chose the switch controls locations by sneezing.

Good luck with the book You might find this to be a nightmare and why nobody has bothered especially under the new copyright rules.
Ciao,
Adrian.

Porsche: Brochures and Sales Literature A Scource Book, 1948 - 1965. By Susan c. Miller & Richard F. Merritt. Revised 1985 edition.

A collection of all known brochures and sales literature frpm 1948 to 1965 published or made available by Porsche. This hard bound book has 311 paged with hundreds of black and white pictures and information about Porsche brochures.

Thatnks for that - I did stumble across it on the net but I'm more interested in everything from 1965 onwards.
