Default How much should I pay for this car?

I know the mechanic who built this car and have complete confidence that it is EXACTLY as advertised. I saw the car and drove it on the street and really liked it.

1984 Porsche 911 Carrera
Turn Key Street Legal Race Car

Red w/Tan Interior
112,144 Miles

This is an immaculate car both in its physical condition and in its race preparation. It is essentially a "brand new" race car – it has had very little track time and is therefore not worn out. It has been prepared for Porsche Owner's Club Group JI/R7 and Porsche Club of America's Group F Stock class. It is ready to be driven.

This car has the following new parts/modifications:

Bilstein Sport Shocks
Smart Racing Products Solid Engine & Transmission Mounts
Brake Rotors & Pads
Smart Racing Products Front Brake Cooling System
Front & Rear Axle Bearings
Updated Master Cylinder
Complete Axle Shafts
80% GT Chromemoly Limited Slip Differential

Front Oil Cooler w/ Custom Scoops
Turbo Tie Rod Kit
"Charlie" Sway Bars
Smart Racing Products Front Bump Steer Kit
Smart Racing Products Suspension Bushings
Smart Racing Products Rear Trailing Arm Monoballs
Smart Racing Products Billet Upper Monoball Strut Mounts
Alloy Strut Brace
Smart Racing Products Robotek Gear Shifter
Sparco Driver's Seat

Momo Steering Wheel
ARB Transponder
D.A.S. Rollbar
Simpson Center Lock Seat Belts
Halon Fire Extinguisher
Sport Muffler

Complete track suspension settings including:
Set ride height & roll centers
Corner balance
Chassis reinforced at front & rear sway bar mounting points.

Original paint with the exception of rear deck lid and one door. Repaint due to scratches not body damage. Never wrecked.
Over $55,000 invested including the original purchase price of the car and updates. All original parts included.

add up the retail prices of all the add ons then take 50%
add that to the price of a typical MY car and that is about what the car would fetch on the open market

note: don't add in the labor
