Default Hard starting when cold

My 80SC wont start till 2-3 try's she cranks good just doesnt seem to fire up sometimes on the 2nd try she does and then just dies by the 3rd try she will start idle a little rough for few seconds then rpm's will start to build up and then she's fine I usually let her warm up for a minute or 2 but she still seems to run a little rough till she finally warms up aftyer that she is good to go, all plugs, cap, rotor and wires are new, cat has being cleared out and 02sensor is disconnected, this is the way I purchased her, any help.
