I own a 1983 911sc with a sunroof in it that doesn't function at all (this is one of my lesser problems at the moment). I decided to play with it since i had some free time but unfortunately i was stuck at step one. According to the Bentley workshop manual there is supposed to be a zipper in between the opening in the roof and the rear window to access the sun roof assembly. But my car doesn't have that and i don't see anyway to access it without tearing the interior around it to peices. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how did you access the roof? <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" />

Can you post any pic's of your headliner ? It sounds like it has been replaced with the wrong one. Thanks

I'll see what i can do, i have to drop the engine tomarrow so if i remeber to bring the camera, the sure. Thanx for the reply
