Best source for Rebuilt Calipers

Since I will be receiving reman calipers, do you think is it safe to assume I don't need to work the pistons back and forth, but can just make sure they are in the "tight fit" position before install? I could do that on the bench with my actual new rotor and pads and a bicycle pump, I guess. So I have my brake pedal held down a bit as directed to keep the whole system from draining. Once I bolt in the new caliper, do I then just start power (Motive) bleeding starting with the farthest from the MC? And how about the clutch slave cylinder? Do that last because it's highest up and likely to have the last air bubble holdouts? As you can see I am a virgin to brake work.
