Connecticut Porsche Shop

I just bought my latest 911...a 1989 R/B cab w/15K miles and I'm looking for a very good Porsche shop to do the 15K service. Can anyone help?

Dan Jacob's LLC, DBA Hairy Dog Garage in Oxford, CT. You won't find a better guy, better shop, anywhere IMO.

Has anyone dealt with Musante Motorsports in South Windsor, CT?

Although I've never dealt with him, Musante is also highly regarded. Don't know where in CT you're located, but would feel comfortable recomending either Dan or Chris. May come down to geography.

Between the two I would definately go to Dan Jacobs. I have a good friend that tried Musante and while he seems to have a good reputation it turned into a disaster (and no, I won't elaborate). In CT, you won't find a better shop for older Porsches than Hairy Dog...

There's also Rennwerke in Elmsford, NY. Which can be very close to CT depending where you live. I use them for everything on my SC. I've also heard really good things about Dan. Some people swear by Auto Associates as well.
