Post Help routing wire from engine compartment -

Can anyone give me simple instructions for routing a wire from the airbox area to the passenger compartment (I am installing a air flow meter). Thanks.

Bill,
If I would run a wire from the engine area to the car's cabin, I would use the existing hole used by the speedometer cable.

From the air box area, you could drop the line down and into the tunnel. Remove the cover for the transmission linkage and start from here.

Thanks - I guess I just didn't see how to get a line into the transmission tunnel.

Option 2, is to remove that panel that the rear speakers mount to- drivers side of the car, closest corner to the glass there's a hole in the metal there for the rear defog wiring and power. Drops right into the engine compartment. Easy opening to get through. Useful for 3rd brakelight installations too.
