I asked for tech help and they said there might be a 10.00 charge depending on the level of help I needed. All the "tech guy" did was ask me for the numbers on the back of my key chain and then offered to e-mail instructions for the alarm I have for a 10.00 fee, which is a Python. I declined his offer.

now that you mention it, I never got the wheel locks from the seller. I think I'll give him a call today.
