Default Hot weather and no A/C Help!

I have a 79 911SC and it does not have A/C and when it gets hot outside and I leave it in parking lot or drive it in traffic I just killed by the heat its amazingly uncomfortable does anybody how to stay cool in a car without A/C in hot weather? For anyone who has driven an air cooled Porsche with A/C you know they just blow warm air and rob HP not to mention it would cost a fortune to install.

I saw this on TV a little while ago: https://www.autocooltv.com/index.asp#ordernow
has anyone ever used that thing or have any other suggestions as to how to stay cool without A/C?

I live in Houston and thank God my 78SC is not my daily driver. I remember a few years back Sharper Image had a "personal cooling device", a ring you wear around your neck. I have no idea if it works but it may be worth a try.

As for the Autocool it claims to draw hot air from inside the car and blow it out. However it is mounted inside, behind the glass - just how does it blow air through glass?
