Upgrade torsion bars for lower ride height?

There are lots of suction tools available on the market. I just bought a cheap plastic 50ml syringe. You can even just use some generic see through tubing, and suck it out and spit it into a container, not a big deal really uless you do it wrong and get a mouth full of oil ... yuch.
Have a plastic bag lying on the floor as you will be holding the strut assm in one hand , pull the insert out with te other and the oil will be dripping off it, then you can lye it on the bag/ cardboard without getting oil eveywhere. Once you get that far the rest is easy. get the rest of the oil out, pop in the new insert , tighten the strut nut ( make sure the place you get your shock gives you a strut nut tightening tool ) and put it back together. PS mine were boge, if you have a Bilstein already in front it is different. I domn't think there is any oil and you have to drill out a pin.
