911SC/930 Wheel Fitment
I'm currently selling some 18'' RUFs and there are a few potential buyer unsure if they will fit their 930 or 1980 911SC.
The wheels are 18x8.5 and 18x10 with 58ET fronts, 66 ET rears.
Anyone know if these would fit, with spacers or just bolted on, either a 911SC and/or 930?
Thanks in advance.

There were many years of '930s' out there, so this is not a simple answer.
The earlier 911SC and 930 cars had a wholly different offset as the wheels were a deeper dish design. Ruf and later wheels (like found on the 964 cars) are much different, with the offset in such a way that the hub of the wheel is out much more than found in the earlier cars. They should consult with a serius wheel expert to figure out what offset range they can tolerate. I think an 18 inch rim is really pushing it on an SC or an earlier turbo. In fact, I think Porsche has even stated that those cars should not take an 18 inch rim as they were not built for that level of performance stress/weight.
