This is one of the cars I seriously considered, but I decided to take a bit more risk on a documented rebuild with better performance.
Anyway this car is as nice as it sounds, and is fully documented. The current owner has definitely kept it up, and he has a PPI from the Stable in SF which is a reputable shop.
I'd say the only drawback is the interior color. And it wasn't clear if the car had been repainted. The current owner thought it hadn't, but a collector passed on it, because he thought it had. But the paint looks great, and only had one dime sized chip. I was looking for a car to drive, so that wasn't a deterent for me. A few thousand miles in Tahoe would certainly add a few more flaws.
Anyway, I'm not affiliated with the owner, but I'm surprised it hasn't sold.
