Thanks for defining your 952 as a 944 Turbo S and the 951 as a 944 turbo. I have no idea why the 944 crowd insists on using these numbers when they're a 944/turbo varient. Just call it what most of us recognize it as.

It all depends upon the year 911 that you buy. Clearly, the newer it is, the more Porsche has controlled much of the trailing throttle oversteer issue and late braking problems. I like the description from above,--make as many 'straights' as you can and brake straight ahead as much as you can. Once you are committed to a turn you are pretty much locked in and the best solution is to accelerate out. Clearly if you have someone in front who is now facing a decreasing radius turn and is on the binders you would get into trouble. My simple advise here,--stay well back. You have no business letting someone else's poor driving paint you into a corner.
