Default Will my Boxster S wheels fit an '88 911?

I believe that the widths are 7" and 8"- 17" diameter.

Not without large spacers, I believe about 1" is required.

A pre-1990 911 will need hub adapters (which are spacers with a second set of integrated lug bolts) or spacers and longer lug bolts. The adapters aren't allowed with some track groups.

A potential buyer should price the spacers/lugs/labor before going ahead with the wheels. The later wheels can seem like a bargain until you get the bigger picture of what they'll cost to implement.
