Default Front oil coolers

I have never seen an auxillary oil pump (perhaps they use them on race only cars?) used on a 911 when using a front oil cooler? Has anyone ever seen a engine (not chassis) dyno test studying the "pumping" losses (H.P. loss) on a 911 ...to push all that oil, through all those additional lines?

The power loss due to not having the extra oil cooler can be a lot more dramatic, I think

"Mo":

The engine's oil pump (two-stage dry sump) has plenty of capacity to circulate the oil in these systems,... Thats why you never see any external oil pump on a 911.

One chooses the proper oil pump (Carrera-Turbo-GT-3R) for the engine and how its to be used. Pumping losses in the 911 engine are due to windage and there are a whole host of modifications to reduce/minimize that.

Out of curiosity, are the above pumps (or some of them) interchangable? In otherwords, which pumps fit into which cases (not a complete list... but any of the "common swaps").

Not that I'm in need of it... but it would be good info to know.
