Default Back on the Road

Finally got some time and got under my car to fix/figure out my clutch chatter problem. Turns out that the clutch cable needed adjusted...there was NO gap between the arm and adjustment bolt...easy fix! Went on a 140 mile round trip to Slovenia on Easter, the weather is perfect here right now.

My flapper boxes (heater) are quite rusty, so I am going to change them, at the moment my car "seeps" hot air. One flapper box is open and the other partially closed. I noticed that the side panel to the heater control module (behind the emergency brake) is off and missing. I have to guess the previous owner was trying to fix the seeping heat problem. Is is possible to go away from the electronic heat control and go back to a cable controlled system?

Thanks!
