Post Driver Side Door Panel

Why is there no interior handle on the driver door panel of my 1970 911T and does someone make an aftermarket product that can address this short of replacing the entire panel ?

My 1973 has the same setup. I think the clever folks at the factory decided that htis was not really necessary for the drivr as maybe the handle would get in the way of high speed maneuvering. My guess anyway.

You may want to look at the RS Panels. I think they have some type of pull strap.

The solution is to find a passenger-side handle from a RHD country like Britain or Australia. That said, I still haven't found one.
