Default How can you tell if your early G50 has the fork update kit installed?

Hi All,

I just got a new-to-me 1988 911 coupe, unfortunatley there weren't any service records with it. Is it possible to identify if the G50 fork update kit has been installed yet, without actually removing the tranny?

Any external visual clues to look for?

Many thanks!

Good question. Same thing here. I think the answer is no, but I hope someone will chime in who knows . . .
