If anyone has seen this car, I would like to know. Carfax shows in was last titled in MI.

I post this every so often hoping someone will recognize this car. I owned it several years ago and would love to get it back. I sold it to a guy in PA in 1999 and Carfax shows it last titled in MI. I had a state trooper there look the VIN up last year and it didn't show up. The VIN is WP0EA0916CS161475. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has seen the car. It is fairly unique, or at least it was when this picture was taken. It is the only one I have left. If anyone knows of a way to track it down, i would love to hear about it.

You might want to see if someone from the MI PCA know the car.
