Default more hand painting

does anyone think it's possible to hand-paint the logo on the horn pad? my 84 carrera has the three-pronged pad on the wheel, not the newer four-poster. i really don't want to change the wheel out.....can you buy a crest for one like this?

you might try a 356 hood crest....they are the same as the center cap emblem as far as size is concerned...not sure of the size of your horn pad logo....it could be glued in place...just a thought...you can also use rubber compatable paint but i doubt you would get the result your are looking for and I dont know what the durability would be....my .02

Check eBay item 8046131812. The seller is "in123out". I just bought one of his crests for my 993, and it is just beautiful. It perfectly covers the stock embossed logo you already have. Let me know if you'd like to see what it looks like, and I'll post a pic of mine. No affiliation with the seller, by the way.

My BMW has the stock embossed logo and I wanted to place a crest on top of it.
It was pointed out to me that if my airbag went off the crest would more than likely come off and into my face a 100 mph.
It changed my mind.
Just saying.

...And if you go swimming at the beach you might get bitten by a shark.

Sorry, couldn't resist !

But seriously, the eBay crest I got uses industrial double-sided tape which is pretty strong stuff. My E36 BMW came from the factory with a glued-on BMW logo on the airbag. My ex-company car (a '00 Taurus) had a Ford logo on the airbag that was also held in place by some sort of adhesive.
