When I changed my 78 SC to 7&8x16 wheels I was slightly bugged by the fact that the fronts were so wide they almost stuck out of the fenders. Looking at the pic below, I noticed their front wheels (looks like 7" just based on the rim) are nicely tucked in. Are there different offsets available for the Fuchs wheels?

Offsets are the same.

The car pictured likely has agressive alignment (i.e. lots of negative camber).
