Patritti 993 Wide-Body Kits
#4
dma550, I believe BetterBodies has a similar kit, with the Turbo S ducts in the quarters, which retails for approx USD$3k. Not sure how much it'd cost to have fitted and painted though. Probably another $5k?
Rentadate, the cooler in the front is an oil cooler. It won't be an intercooler

I thought that the downfall to a pcar is similiar to the wankel rotor. It is the heat that the engine creates that it also kills things. I live in Colorado, and I am going to be commuting in this car in the heat in the summer. I want to go about and keep the temp. lower in the thing. I have the SC motor in the car and it is supposed to have an oil cooler in the front fender, but I don't seem to have any cooler to speak of....so thinking that I could have an oil cooler would be a good idea.
I'm lucky for now, because it is winter here, and the hottest it will ever get is 70. I'm just looking for something to drive around in the 90-110 degree heat of the late afternoon for the summer.
Is it still overkill? I'll probably be sitting in traffic a lot in the summer as well. any advice would be great!
Thanks.

Looking for Patritti
My name is Byron Johnson. I have been trying to contact Patrick for the last two months. His website is down and I lost his phone number. I gave him a deposit for a 993 widebody kit and now I'm unable to contact him. My number is 703-232-3232. If anyone can help, please contact me asap. Thank you.

I KNOW THIS IS AN ANCIENT POST, but I'm curious what happened to the Patritti Porsches.
Bryon, did you ever get your Patritti, or did they go out of business and keep your deposit?
Protocab -- did you ever get a Patritti body?
The reason I ask, is that I got one of those 993-Patritti-bodies on an 87 Carrera, and am curious about the origins and mods. It does look good, and used to purportedly have a 700hp+ turbo, which blew. It was replaced with a 3.2 sotck 1987 -- in dire need of boosting and more HP.
Thanks.
