Hey Guys, I have a 71 Targa and will be painting the engine bay while the engine is out. The car is black now, but I am Really considering a different color. My ideas are Silver.. which will Always look good, or the factory Irish Green... now after some reasearch I have found that this color Actually has differnet shades to it depending on on year model. There are 2 "codes" that will designate the Exact match. This is located on a small panel on the driver door. The Irish Green color calls for # 213. However depending on Year it may also show underneath 97-6406 or 6606, 6806, 213-9.... or possibly others....

Anyone have this color on there car as a Factory color with photos???? OR, have you repainted your car and Know the additional 4 digit code that the color is from..... Please help.

IN ADDITION ... ANY photos you have of a targa in differnt colors would be appreciated .. Especially if you have the paint code to go w/ it...
