Hi all,
Many of you have been following my saga with my new 911T. (See: "Help! Stuck in Nebraska...")
I'm currently looking at a pair of 3.0 motors to swap into the car. My current setup (albeit with a large hole in the block) is a 2.4T MFI setup, and a 915 Transmission. One of the motors has very low mileage, and a lambda box. (no idea what that is) The other one has higher mileage, is 2k cheaper, but I'd have to istall the (included) CIS onto it. I'm not exactly sure what I can keep from the 2.4 that will work with the 3.0? (Except for the headers/exhaust, which is apparently the hot setup anyway...) Does anyone have a swap guide that I could check out? Or is it simpler than that, and I'm good to go?
