Default Please tell me about this tie rod end mod.

Guys,
please tell me that this material is very tough and can not be found out there. Other wise, I say I can make this for way less than $100 while it's be sold for $300.
The only thing I don't know if I can get is the ball end join that fit the stock arm.

No matter how 'beefy' I do not like the single sheer bump steer systems. Attached is a photo of the double sheer system we use. Take note that our spindle has been raised by 30 mm hence the large adjustment that we have.

Pay your money and make your choices! Hope this helps.

Hi Flat top,
wow, something new to me. First time I've seen the double sheer. I'm still new.
Maybe I ask how you get the bottom arm cmoe attach to the spindle? Weld it in? Do you have any detail pics?

rnln,

The bottom arm is a flat plate that has its inside radiussed to fit halway around the shock tube. Iit is then welded in after the holes are aligned. Sorry but I don't have a much better pic. This one is from a different angle and it may be more useful.
