Default 1983 911 SC Hard Top

Hi Guys. I have a 1983 SC Cabriolet with one problem. There is no frame for the convertible. I have been unsuccessful in locating a new frame and canvas and was wondering if anyone knows if a hard top is available for this car and where to get one? Or does anyone know were to get a frame for the car. Thanks

There is a guy on the Pelican BBS that is making fiberglass hard tops for the cabs. His name is Tom Fitzpatrick. Go on Pelican and do a search and you will find him.

I have definitely seen one piece tops for Targas. I think I even saw them in ebay.. Begs the question though .. how do you go about buying a Targa without a roof ? .. or better yet ... how did the other guy sell it without one !!!

I WISH it was a Targa. You can get Targa tops all day long. It is a convertible. The car was stolen. The Radio and Entire convertible frame were taken. The radio has been replaced with a Blaupunkt RNS 150 Navigation system. All I need now is the convertible top and frame OR a hard top (if they exist.)
