Default Loose bulbs

My left turn signal bulb in the front seems to just wiggle in the socket. Sometimes it makes contact and works and most of the time it does not. I have the same problem with a few other bulbs. When I turn on the headlights, I get that annoying buzzing. I tried using di-electric compound to fill in the extra space in the socket but it did not work. I ordered new bulbs thinking that the ones I bought at Advanced Auto may just have been the wrong size, but same problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions as to a fix?
Thanks
Mike

I had the same problem. I used a small screw driver to reach in the socket and pry the contacts out a bit. Haven't had a problem since.

yes as above - you are think wrongly about how di-electric compound works - got ot the Pelican bbs and plug that in - read what Jim Sims had to say about it; he also give complete insutructions for maintaining the bulb sockets
