I have decided to sandblast this old 911s due to rust spots and bad paint jobs over the years etc. I am debating on sandblasting the undercoating off of the back of the fenders and the cars frame. Is there something to replace it with for the vibration and sound issues??
Any good info on a good undercoating material.
Thanks guys

most people like the Wurth - it has the original look & is a high quality German chemical, yada yada
it may require a special gun...
search on Pelican b/c those guys are always removing undercoating for their race cars.
IIRC, sandblasting is not very effective (it bounces and absorbs the energey from the sand) - a wire wheel may be what you need.
