Default Tech support MIA

I regret doing this, but simply do not know what else to do.

I have been a subscriber to this site for >2 years, meaning I have renewed. I strongly support this forum and have benefitted immensely from the knowledge shared here. I try to put back what I can.

However, There was a promise of timely technical support for those who chose to support the site with a membership. I have needed support twice, and have never had a response from anyone, including my PMs to JD.

In the most recent case, my digest subscrition suddenly stopped some six (6) weeks ago. I tried diligently on my own for two weeks--off and on, of course--without finding the problem. I then wrote numerous messages to the tech support forum, and individuals as well. I got one respnse, and that was to hang on for a day or two. That was several weeks ago.

I will post this every day until SOMEONE gets back to me. I simply do not know what else to do. I miss my digest.
