I drove over the the dealership in Okemos, MI this weekend. Took mostly back roads and had a great time. I got to see the Carrera GT at the dealership. I am not sure if this is the model name, it is the one that costs $450,000. Also ended up at the 150 year anniversary parade for Michigan State University. I parked a couple blocks up from the parade. When I was walking back, I was amazed at the number of people who stopped and looked at the car or who were "headturners".

Sounds like a great time! I just returned from Oregon--toured through the mountains and drove the entire coast, a total of 1,600 miles. GREAT roads for a Porsche. Number of Porsches spotted--0. Most often-spotted car on the coast--PT Cruisers--go figure...
