Default 77 911 2.7 engine compartment sound insulation pad

Seeking opinions on the best replacement sound / insulation pad for the engine compartment.

I just installed a stock one. The alternative - the foil one - just seemed too . . . well . . . shiny. Not much weight difference but some guys like the heat reflective qualities of the foil.

The stock one does deaden the sound - even in a cab.

To the extent that the foil one has heat reflective qualities that are of any consequence (and that's dubious), ask yourself this question: "Since the 911 is notorious for engine cooling problems, do I _want_ to reflect more heat back onto the engine?"
