Where is CIS mixture adjustment?

The O2 sensor was supposed to work with the CPU to set the mixture on the lean side- so the CAT could burn up all those extra HCs. The "real-world" sde of it was that this caused a lot of lean mis-fires and a single technowlogy couldn't replace all the different driving situations.
Anyways, a 50 rpm surge is beyond me- props to you for noticing. Sounds like an O2 sensor or a micromanagemant issue. Drive hard and enjoy if no other problems.
