Thanks! I'm taking a crash course in all things 911 and I see now it is lower than Euro height. I can't wait to start wrenching on the car & learn more about it. The first thing I want to do is pull the wheels & Google the part numbers to see what they're off of.

wow Marc that is shiney .. at least you hid the 996

is that a single stage paint or base clear ? I like thos cups also i have similar ones in 17 from tire rack .. the car handles really nicely with them.

Thanks, Unsure what paint they used in 86, aside from the right front fender and hood it's all original. (Painted hood to clean up stone chips and R/f fender was hit by a Rowiiller around 13 years ago ... I kid you not. *Dog was fine)

oh i imagined you just pissed the dog off... i hope you didnt get out ..

after you wax if the rag is the colour of the car paint it is single stage paint .. ( like my Audi ) shines up gloriously but wont last.

If after you wax the rag has no car paint colour it is a base/clear combo and this protects the paint from fading ..
