How about a picture our first 911 as a married couple?

Our '74 Carrera. Picture was taken in 1989. Man I am OLD!



And Robert's first 911. It was a 1966. The picture taken in 1967.

I've been taking pictures as the sound proofing (in the rear only) is being installed. We had to stop this winter since it was such a cold one and no living thing wanted to be in the garage. Not even a rat (thank goodness). It was so bloody cold out there. It's warmed up so work is back on. HOWEVER it seems like there's a problem with the carpet we ordered, doesn't seem to be cut for our car, so there is a little bit of 'discussion' going on now and work has stopped. AGAIN.

Okay.... I'll start a thread. Give me a day or two.

LOL !! Those belts are LOOOOOONG Gone as are those waists. I can't even remember ever being that small.

It was a Weissach Tail. I'm told they are pretty rare? It didn't come on a '74, but it was on the car when we got it and we both loved the look.

Didn't the big bumper guards start on the '74's? Personally I never did like the look of those things.

Not a thread, but an interior non the less (1988 3.2) just finished.

Correction - wheel on the right side I mean left
