Question Andial 3.2 to 3.7 liter Conversion

Has anyone done this conversion to thier engine? If so, I would like some input. I am contemplating doing it myself, however, I dont want to lose the reliability of my 3.2.

Thanks!

Anytime you do some sort of engine mod to a 3.2 you will lose reliability and durability on the engine. You will have to do a good amount of machine work to your crankcase. Bore the spigots, machine the crankcase for head seals, etc. The 3.2 crankcase structural webings are not strong enough to compensate for such a top end increase. I recommend if its time to rebuild and you want to upgrade your engine do the 3.4 conversion and if that doesn't cut it for you swap your engine out for a 3.6l or 3.3l turbo if you can find one.

a buddy of mine had andial put one of these in his 74 carrera other then wanting to change his 731 for an 831 and maybe some gear changes he's in love. he just moved to CT. so now he's back in your neck of the woods. so if your on the road one day and you look over and see an all black 74 carrera coupe with chrome 7 and 9's fuchs with a turbo tail pipe. that's him.....and if you play your cards right he just might light it up for you.
