75 911 brake warning light flashing

75 911 brake warning light flashing
Everything seems to be hooked up OK, but the brake warning light at the top of the multi-gauge is flashing.
The (new) switch on the MC seems to be OK - open normally? I grounded the contact and the flashing was still there. Brake lights are working correctly.
Is there an e-brake switch that would cause this?
