Usually from my searches this occurs when the engine is cold. My is happening when it is hot. Come to a stop at a light and it will start rough idling. Several taps on the pedal and it stops for a short time then starts at the next light?

Can you be more descriptive? Is the idle just rough, or does it move up and down rhythmically?

No, just rough idle almost sounds like it is going to stall our, revs seem to drop very low as you would expect.
