Post Evo 3 installation advice...

Just bought an Evo 3 seat w/ the universal sliders this weekend (had to buy the 3 not because of butt size- HONEST! *G* but shoulder width). Still need to buy the side mounts, and see in the Sparco catalogue there are aluminum side mounts that have 2 holes in the front and 4 in the back, and steel side mounts which have 4 holes front and back. Since I'm long in the torso (6'2", but only 30" inseam)and my helmet hits my Targa top, I'm wondering which of the 2 mounts would give me greater 'depth', so I don't have to 'scrunch' down for DE events, and hopefully gain more clearance to work on my heel/toe (with present set-up the tops of my thighs STILL pressing against 930S steering wheel, so difficult to lift right leg for proper heel/toe action). As always, thank you in advance!

Some options given your configuration: you can remove the two ramps the sliders mount to, and bolt the sliders directly to the floor, or you can remove the ramps, reduce them in height by maybe 1/2" and weld them back in.
