Default wideband O2 and motronic idle mix set.

I'm using the LM-1 to set idle mix on an 87 motronic with SSi's and when it's all said and done the best I can get is 14.9 - 15.2 at warm(hot) idle at 90 degrees and 75% humidity, with stock O2 sensor unplugged. This is at 880 or so idle, no unmeasured air, running perfect. Basically, I think it's the best it's ever been. But my question is this, at this setting, the AFM adjustment screw the upsidedown one, NOT the idle set screw, is almost all the way in. Meaning all the way rich. Is that expected when switching to SSI's and different muffler? Before, that screw was somewhere closer to halfway between all the way lean and all the way rich.
Also, once I plug the stock O2 sensor back in it drops a tenth or so to 14.6 -14.8
I just would like to know if this is normal, the afm mix screw being all the way in I mean.
Thanks.
