Regarding the brake lines, are rubber or braided lines better with this vintage car? I've heard contradicting opinions..... To be used for general street and occasional DE or AutoCross.

Some say rubber is better on these vintage cars, that they give a more consistent response pressure.
Some say braided is better because of their longevity.

Peter Z., Steve W. or Bill G. any opinions or preferences?

Thanks,
Ken

Hi Ken: O.E. rubber factory lines are perfect for what you want to do. The only time I used anything else was on my PCA Club Racer, which was used for competition only (98%), and I used Kevlar braided, DOT approved lines on that car.
