Default 36mm Oil Line Wrench

I need to replace one of the oil lines in the rear passenger wheel well. I need a 36mm wrench. Pelican has one for $28, and Sir Tools has the 4 wrench spanner set for $60. I have not be able to find the cheap chinese tool for the (hopefully) one time job.

Any suggestions for a suitable 36mm that will languish in the toolbox for years...

I sprung for a 4 wrench set, and was glad I did. While the wrenches only seem to be used on oil fittings, having the right fit and strength to attack fittings that haven't been loosened in 20 years made the job far easier.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I did try a bike shop today and found a Giant brand 36mm head nut wrench for $11.99. I've the unions sprayed down with PB Blaster and I will prob. attack them some time this week.

OK - I have the wrench but I can't budge the fittings. I have been soaking them every night with PB Blaster and I'm afraid I'm going to tear the manifold off the car if I apply more force. I have tried a butane torch on the nut as well, maybe 30 seconds.

Should I just keep spraying, heating, and trying or go to more drastic measures?

yes, just keep it up - smack the wrench with a steel hammer AFTER you make sure another wrench is on the other side to prevent any torque on - say - the very expensive oil cooler.

If that doesn't work after a few days, use a torch longer.
