Post Any body compatibility experts out there?

Will the doors from a '92 C-2 bolt directly up to a '78 SC? Are the hinges, lock mechanisms, etc. in the same place? Will the original interior door panels, pockets, etc. attach to the newer doors?

If no to any of the above, what's involved?

Thanks!!

RBC,

The doors aren't a direct swap. If you can find the TSB Book H - 1991 the procedure is in there. Basically you need to drill three new holes for the electroc window, mirror adjustment, speaker wires. Then you have to move the light contact switch down 50mm. Then just ger the plugs, grommets, and brackets. I can't figure out how to paste photos or I would try to scan the pages in for you.
