Default 911 Axle Length Question With Length (repost) LKM 917

Ok Air cooled gods what axle will fit a 911 with a 20 1/4 flange to flange length. Tried the 84 SC's and they are about 1 inch (25 MM) too short The bolt patterns for the cv's are good on the SC's but the axles are too short. I am running 84 axle stubs in the uprights and didnt know if there were different offsets / lengths on them. Perhaps the axles are just fine it is the stubs that are the issue?????

As a reminder I am building a Kraftwerks 917 with a Motronic 3.2 and an 915 trans.

The Car is almost done save air box fab and the friggin axles

probably one from an earlier car with a narrower tranny -- like a 901 or 911 -- used in cars up to 1971
