John,

Please post pictures of your Schwarzmetallic Ride? Keeping mine same color for now. Still looking for a good painter. Just can't get used to it yet. Loved my Blue 928 paint. The picture is my dream car. Only $480,000.

Thanks,

Ron

Pablo,

Bottom line, don't rush into buying a 911. Take your time to look around, and if you fall in love with one, wait a couple of days to sobre up again and then check the car out top to bottom, inside-out. Fore example, 911's have a lot of hidden areas of potential rust, especially the older ones. Have it go through a thorough PPI. Then discuss the price with the owner and buy. There are some good buyer guides on the internet, for example the one from Pelican (www.pelicanparts.com)

Important: don't buy the car if you don't 100% like it. There are hundreds of 911's on the market, and one day you WILL find the car of your dreams. The 911 is a super car, there's no car like it in the world.

Good Luck.

Absolutely the best advice. Even if it takes you months to find the right one. You'll be gald you did.

Thanks Guys you are right, I will take my time and probably I will go for an 84 ~ 86 Black carrera, that way I don't have to worry if they changed the tensioners on the SC or if the pop off valve was installed or not, unless of course I find a black 911sc with all the updates done. I would much rather drive my dream Black 911 with black interior than settle for other color.
