Check the monthly Panorama want ads, and the PCA web site (www.pca.org). In addition, scour the PCA regions that have online for sale ads. Put a wanted ad on Rennlist ads. Also, if you haven't already, decide if you want concours-quality wheels as your only set of 8's or whether a slightly scuffed set of track wheels will work, even if you refinish them, or something in-between.
