Question Searching for copy of internal volt reg/alternator tech bulletin for my 81sc install

Friends.

I'm searching for a copy (email, fax or written on posting) of the tech bulletin or explanation on installing a internal volt reg/alternator unit into my 81 911sc. The 81 was the last year of the external volt reg/alt setup.

I would like the wiring diagram for the bosch unit, how to make the housing fit and what to do with the five wires that currently plug into my alternator.

Any help would be great. I'm not a great electronics guy, but I'm giving it a shot and don't want to mess it up. Pelican says they don't have the tech bulletin, so I'm on my own.

thanks,
Mike

Mike,
This subject could be found in the 'Parts & Technical Refereance Catalog (911 models 1974 to 1989) December 1995 issue pages 110 - 111. This booklet was issued by Porsche.

Let me know if you still need a copy of this article. Please sent me a PM and your address.
