Default 71 911T..engine speed/mph

This is a weird question, but i just got my 911t back from the shop after only having it for a few days. Actually it stalled and would not restart again after buying it in Denver and driving back to Maryland. My main question is ..Does anyone know the rpm to mph for the gears? I remember my 944 would run at a little over 2000 rpm at around 60 in 5th gear. This car was running 3000 rpm at aound 50mph. I remember in the owners manual it had the shift points/power curve. This car did not come with manual and i cant find info anywhere on the net.

Thanks
John

John, the speed in each gear at a given RPM is determined by the gear ratio of each gear in conjunction with the final drive ratio and the tire circumference. From your post, the 911 seems a little high.
